- All items are handmade to order and some pieces can take 3-4 weeks to ship, depending on backlog, and your shipping address. We recommend purchasing at least one month in advance to receive your order on time. If you need your order expedited, please contact us before placing your order.

- Once an order is placed, your shipping address and your items may not be changed.
- If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.

- If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
- Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
